Visit the beautiful historic Opera House in Boscombe and be immersed in a new sound work produced by British Iranian Musican Deena Jackson.
Saudade is Brazilian Portuguese word describing a deep emotional state, often for something or someone that is absent. Deena will be performing live with a work specially commissioned for the BEAF festival. Audiences will be able to experience the music in the round, as Deena creates a musical soundscape enveloping the immense empty space of the Opera House. The performance is for limited numbers and will be a standing performance (seating available).
